Responsibilities
  • Prospect and establish new broker relationships through visits, networking, and social outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with brokers, understanding their needs
  • Collaborate with underwriting and leadership teams to nurture leads and facilitate quotes
  • Attend industry events and trade shows, primarily in BC’s interior regions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospects in CRM systems
  • Grow and manage a book of business by identifying new opportunities and promoting existing products
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Energetic, personable, and ready to hit the road to grow business
