About The Position
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial TI projects
- Review drawings and specifications for scope, risk, and constructability
- Solicit, level, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Manage TI projects from award to close-out, ensuring schedule and budget control
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, and property managers
- Develop and maintain project schedules for fast-track TI work
- Administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow
- Oversee project close-out, including deficiencies, turnover, and documentation

- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
- Proven experience in both estimating and project management roles
- Ability to prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel)
- Solid knowledge of local building codes, trades, and procurement practices
