Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $60,000-$80,000
- Please note, this role is hybrid with 2-3 days in-office in our downtown Toronto, Edmonton, and Calgary office.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Develop and manage a book of business within the Ontario market
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new client accounts
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and uncover opportunities
- Facilitate the recruitment process in collaboration with recruiters to ensure clients receive world-class service
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients
- Expand business within other verticals and develop strategic growth plans
- Leverage networking opportunities to build brand recognition and generate leads
- Collaborate effectively with the dedicated recruitment team
- Other duties as assigned
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or similar role; BDR experience is highly valued
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet business needs
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an asset
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
