Accounts Receivable

Our client, a growing company in Ontario, is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys working independently, managing client relationships, and contributing to a fast-paced AR function. This is a permanent opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts receivable for clients
• Perform collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments
• Maintain accurate AR records and support month-end reporting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth AR operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including collections
• Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients
• Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
