We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales for our partner organization to build and lead a high-performing sales team and develop a strategic marketing approach for upcoming residential projects in West Vancouver.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven, detail-oriented real estate professional with a proven ability to lead Sales Assistants and Coordinators while driving successful multi-family pre-sales or go-to-market residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and scale a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional brand experience while building strong relationships with prospective homeowners and realtors.
  • Develop and manage an effective sales funnel, including prospect engagement, information gathering, and follow-up execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee and approve all transactions executed by the sales team.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to stakeholders, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure effective execution by the sales team.
  • Manage the handover process through to completion, including oversight of closing procedures and coordination with key stakeholders (homeowners, realtors, lawyers, etc.).
  • Attend weekly and ad-hoc marketing, sales, and project meetings with overseas stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of pre-sale residential real estate experience, including multi-family projects and realtor collaboration.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding residential real estate sales targets.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing direct reports.
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $100,000 – $130,000 base salary, plus commission/bonus structure.
  • Three (3) weeks’ vacation.
  • Extended benefits fully employer-paid (100%).
