We’re hiring a Project Administrator to support a senior Project Manager within a busy restoration environment. This role is ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and is confident working in Excel while juggling multiple priorities.
This is a permanent, full-time, in-office role (NW Edmonton) with strong long-term growth potential for someone looking to build a career in restoration or construction project support.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support a senior Project Manager with active residential and commercial restoration projects
- Coordinate schedules for site visits, trades, inspections, and deliveries
- Prepare and maintain job documentation including work orders, photos, notes, and compliance files
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Track materials, follow up on timelines, and help keep projects moving forward
- Prepare job folders, signage, and safety documentation
- Attend project meetings and capture notes as required
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep projects organized and on schedule
- Strong ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure
- Solid Excel skills (this is essential)
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Adaptable, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Restoration experience (residential or commercial)
- Construction or project coordination experience
- Empathy and compassion — you’ll work directly with homeowners after stressful events
- Experience with tools such as Xactimate, Encircle, PSA, or similar project tracking software
