About the Position
As a Civil Project Manager - Construction, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing civil infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager or Director of Construction, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects with a focus on cost control, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder communication.

MUST HAVE  2–5 years’ experience in civil construction (e.g., earthworks, roadworks, utilities) as a Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day management of civil projects from start to finish
  • Assist with cost forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and progress tracking
  • Help prepare subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Participate in progress meetings with clients, consultants, and site personnel
  • Support project closeout, reporting, and lessons learned
Qualifications:
  • MUST have 2–5 years’ experience in civil construction (earthworks, roadbuilding, underground utilities) as a Project Manager
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proficient in HCSS, Bluebeam, Agtek, Spectrum, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $100,000 – $150,000
