Client Executive

Are you an experienced Client Executive seeking greater autonomy within an entrepreneurial brokerage environment that encourages innovation and growth? Our client, a boutique brokerage specializing in niche commercial insurance markets, is looking to add a Client Executive to their expanding team. With a strong presence across Canada, they service a diverse portfolio of small to large commercial risks, including construction, cyber, manufacturing, and technology-focused clients. This role is ideal for a Client Executive with a proven track record of expanding business within the Tech and Cyber insurance space.

This is a fully remote opportunity, and candidates based in British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario are encouraged to apply. Occasional travel to one of the firm’s main offices will be required for internal meetings and events.

Benefits & Perks

• Base salary ($90,000 to $120,000) plus commission

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and actively grow your book of business
• Achieve targets related to new business development, renewals, and client retention
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in EPIC, including reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters
• Develop and present effective sales strategies
• Support account managers in preparing client-facing documents, including proposals
• Foster collaboration by involving account managers in client communications

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client executive experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, real estate or technology sectors 
• Insurance designation
• Broker Licnese
