- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

- Other administrative duties as assigned
- 2 plus years of experience as a Receptionist or in an Administrative support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
