What you’ll need to succeed:
- 7+ years' diverse experience across Commercial Property, Casualty, and Specialty Liability Claims
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Superior analytical capabilities and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to track and document reserves, indemnity, and expenses accurately
- Willingness to visit claim sites occasionally and work closely with adjusters and clients
- Casualty claims experience including BI, sports, ski claims
- Exposure to claims at carriers rather than TPA organizations
- Experience with litigation management and legal collaboration
- Skills in process automation and backend claims filing
- Knowledge of real estate and commercial building claims
- Insurance designations (CIP, CRM, etc.)
- Base salary in the range of $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
