We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a growing, high-performing sales team within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-focused setting, enjoys building relationships over the phone, and is looking to build a long-term sales career with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales calls in a call-centre-style environment
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing and inbound demand
- Manage your sales funnel, pipeline activity, and follow-up tasks consistently
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while identifying and closing sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets and KPIs
- Accurately track daily activity, performance, and outcomes within the CRM
- Participate in ongoing coaching, shadowing, and on-the-job training
- Adapt to evolving products, processes, and performance expectations
- Occasionally support community or business-related events as needed
- Previous sales experience in a call-centre or high-volume environment (e.g., financial services, telecom, insurance, banking, or mortgage retention)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Self-motivated and accountable in a remote work setting
- Results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Adaptable, coachable, and open to continuous improvement and change
- Interest in building a long-term sales career
- LLQP is not required at hire (support and dedicated time provided to obtain licensing)
