Our client, a well-established organization within the construction and infrastructure space, is seeking a Senior Proposals Specialist to join their team in Tampa, Florida.
This is a fully on-site, full-time opportunity for a highly skilled proposals professional who can lead end-to-end pursuit efforts, develop compelling proposal content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive winning submissions.

- Lead full proposal efforts from kickoff through submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal timelines
- Own the proposal planning process, including reviewing RFP requirements, developing outlines, schedules, and assignments
- Facilitate proposal kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, and internal reviews
- Develop and refine proposal narratives that clearly articulate differentiators and engage multiple levels of readership
- Evaluate, edit, and proof proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a singular voice throughout
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align proposal strategy with broader business and win strategies
- Conduct client and market research to identify risks, concerns, and strategic opportunities
- Manage coordination and communication with local and remote contributors to ensure deadlines are met
- Produce high-quality proposals and related marketing materials, leveraging strong layout and design skills
- Support preparation for client presentations and interviews as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in proposal coordination or a related marketing/communications role
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign with strong layout and visual design capabilities
- Strong understanding of proposal fundamentals, methodologies, and pursuit capture planning
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong project management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse internal teams and senior stakeholders
- A/E/C or construction industry experience is an asset but not required
- APMP Practitioner, CPSM, or similar certification is preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
- Ability to work fully on-site in Tampa, FL, five days per week
