We are looking for Maintenance Technician to join our client. This is a Monday-Friday daytime position with some overtime required. All the work is in the city of Winnipeg.

Responsibilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must work well in busy environments
  • Ability to physically perform the duties of this position, including but not limited to: lifting, bending, climbing ladders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle
  • Experience using power tools and hand tools
  • Well-rounded knowledge of carpentry painting, patching, door hanging; experience with renovation-type work; minor plumbing and minor electrical – fixing faucets and replacing covers for lights
