About The Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Senior Estimator to join a premier construction firm working on some of the most significant projects in the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping project outcomes from the earliest stages, contributing strategic insight on cost planning, risk management, and value engineering.

About The Position:
Reporting to the Chief Estimator, the Senior Estimator will be responsible for leading full-cycle estimating on large and complex projects. This role sits within a highly experienced preconstruction team and works closely with operations, project management, and executive leadership.
Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates from schematic design through tender, leading estimate reviews, evaluating subcontractor pricing, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting pursuit strategies. The Senior Estimator will also provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate estimators, helping to uphold best practices and consistency across the estimating function.
 
The Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Estimator with full-scope estimating responsibility
  • Proven experience across a diverse range of projects, including ICI and residential high-rise, valued from under $50M to over $300M
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to mentor and develop a team of estimators
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a large, structured construction environment is considered a strong asset

 Compensation:
  • $120,000 – $160,000 base salary
  • Employee shares program with annual dividends paid
