Their diverse client base includes offices, healthcare facilities, schools, auto dealerships, fitness centres, property-managed buildings, logistics and manufacturing operations, warehouses, and industrial sites.

The Opportunity This relationship-driven Account Manager role focuses on managing and growing an established portfolio of clients. Approximately 80% of the role is dedicated to client relationship management—ensuring service quality, satisfaction, and retention—while the remaining 20% involves identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and service expansion.

You will inherit an active book of business and spend your time visiting clients on-site and connecting by phone, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. This role also offers meaningful opportunities for growth as the organization continues to expand.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure service quality and satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing professionalism and reliability at all times
  • Meet with prospective clients and support the setup and onboarding of new accounts
  • Coordinate service launches, including order processing and operational support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and accounting systems, including customer details, pricing changes, service updates, consumable orders, and operational adjustments

What You Bring
  • 4+ years of B2B customer service experience in account management, client success, or relationship-focused sales
  • B2B sales experience and administrative skills are considered an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM/customer database software
  • Comfort working in a client-facing, mobile role
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience in service-based industries is an asset
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and auto insurance
