- Lead senior-level procurement activities for raw materials, and components in a manufacturing setting
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve best value
- Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier performance to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate closely with operations, planning, and finance teams
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function
- Senior-level procurement experience within a manufacturing environment is required
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong computer skills with a demonstrated ability in data analysis and analytics
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or similar analytical tools
- Proven negotiation skills and supplier relationship management experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
