Our client, a dynamic multinational organization, is seeking a sharp, poised, and experienced Executive Assistant to partner with a high-performing CEO in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is 100% on-site in Kingsville, Ontario, with a full relocation package available.

Compensation: 90K to 120K Base Salary

What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar and scheduling with precision
  • Coordinate high-level domestic and international travel, including quarterly U.S. visits
  • Draft, refine, and prepare polished reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
  • Manage logistics for executive meetings, leadership gatherings, and external events
  • Serve as a key liaison across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Safeguard sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Take initiative on special projects, process improvements, and executive priorities
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite leaders in demanding, high-touch environments
  • A polished, professional presence—confident, discreet, and composed under pressure
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven expertise in travel planning, event coordination, and project management
  • A solutions-first mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently
  • Comfort in an open, collaborative office environment, engaging across all levels
  • Bonus: experience in cross-border operations or exposure to the produce/agribusiness sector
