Customer Service Representative – Grain Marketing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with farm customers in your assigned region, building trusted relationships and helping producers make informed grain marketing decisions. You’ll play a key role in supporting both customer success and organizational growth through education, collaboration, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farm customers in a defined geographic area
• Negotiate grain contracts and promote competitive grain marketing programs
• Execute grain programs at an assigned market center to achieve targeted volumes and margins
• Coordinate contract logistics and complete related administrative tasks
• Maintain and analyze customer data to better understand business needs and opportunities
• Monitor agricultural trends and proactively support future customer service requirements
• Communicate regularly with producers to increase awareness of marketing strategies and contract options
• Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

• Previous customer service or sales experience (agriculture experience is an asset, not a requirement)
• Basic understanding of—or strong interest in—the Canadian grain industry

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
