We are seeking a Manager that is organized and customer-focused to manage the day-to-day operations of a small and growing construction services business. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, estimating and planning work, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping grow the business by identifying new opportunities.
The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing field operations with planning, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Operations & Crew Management
- Organize, schedule, and manage crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Coordinate daily and weekly work plans across multiple projects
- Ensure teams have the required tools, equipment, materials, and supplies before work begins
- Review project requirements and prepare accurate job estimates
- Plan labour, materials, and timelines for upcoming work
- Monitor job progress, costs, and productivity to maintain profitability
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service issues
- Resolve issues professionally and promptly to maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct site visits and follow-ups as required
- Hire, onboard, and train staff
- Provide ongoing coaching, direction, and performance feedback
- Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment
- Identify new business opportunities, repeat customers, and potential markets
- Support long-term planning and continuous improvement of operations and processes
- Recommend improvements to workflows, materials, or services
- Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience in construction, trades, or working with construction materials
- Experience leading crews or supervising staff in a construction or service-based environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience estimating work and understanding job costing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
