We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist with a reporting and data-tracking project. This role focuses on reviewing weekly submissions, following up on missing or unclear information, maintaining tracking documentation, and supporting internal reporting needs.
This is a structured, process-driven role suited to someone who is organized, comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks, quickly changing priorities, and confident communicating by email and phone.
This is a 4 month contract with potential for extension, fully on site downtown Edmonton, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and track weekly submissions from external stakeholders
- Identify missing, late, or inconsistent information
- Follow up via email and phone to support timely and complete submissions
- Maintain tracking logs and basic trend documentation
- Assist with simple data checks and comparisons across reports
- Prepare regular and ad hoc summary reports for internal use
- Distribute email communications related to reporting updates or changes
- Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is an asset
