We are seeking two highly detail-oriented and technically capable Data Entry Specialists to support a time-bound CRM implementation project in Edmonton. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity across multiple enterprise systems by performing precise data entry, validation, reconciliation, and reporting checks.
The ideal candidates are self-starters with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow structured processes while identifying and escalating discrepancies when needed. This is a temporary role (approximately 6 months) with flexibility in work hours and a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates will report directly to the Director, Head of Digital.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry across multiple systems and reports
- Support manual data synchronization and system integrations
- Validate, reconcile, and compare data between CRM systems and reporting tools to ensure alignment and data integrity
- Review system-generated reports to identify and correct discrepancies or out-of-sync data
- Follow established step-by-step guides and reporting instructions to complete required updates
- Document findings clearly and communicate issues, questions, or inconsistencies to the project lead
- Collaborate with QA resources and project stakeholders to resolve data issues
- Maintain strict adherence to data accuracy, quality, and confidentiality standards
- Participate in occasional onsite work, team meetings, and weekend overtime as required
- Demonstrate critical thinking when resolving data discrepancies while maintaining consistency and accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, data administration, or a similar role requiring high accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy over extended periods
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with multiple systems, databases, and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly ask questions and escalate concerns when unsure
- Ability to work independently as a reliable self-starter while collaborating with a broader project team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured processes precisely
- Experience working in a project-based or temporary role
- Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation, or quality assurance processes
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 considered a strong asset)
- Experience working in hybrid or remote environments
- Comfort balancing repetitive tasks with problem-solving when discrepancies arise
