This is a really exciting opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Property Administrator or Assistant Property Manager to come in and assist with a unique and diversified commercial portfolio! This will be a hands on role and you will gain exposure to a lot of different aspects of property management!

- $60,000 - $80,000 per annum base salary

- 3 weeks vacation to start
- Prepare contracts, reports, tenant communications, and meeting notes.
- Follow up with all tenants on a daily basis regarding updates, needs, and ongoing issues.
- Review, log, and assist with resolving tenant complaints in collaboration with the Property Manager.
- Track tenant requests and service needs, ensuring maintenance follow-up is documented.
- Maintain professional and positive tenant relationships to support overall customer service.
- Assist management in reviewing operations costs.
- Track and document maintenance and operational expenses, providing organized reports.
- File and maintain detailed records of all incidents and accidents.
- Identify and point out deficiencies in facilities, records, or processes, ensuring they are communicated to management.
- Provide administrative support for safety requirements, compliance records, and operational checklists.
- Assist with invoicing, receivables, and moorage billing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records for tenants.
- Support budget reviews and provide expense summaries for management.
- Liaise with bookkeepers, accountants, and auditors when required.
- Greet clients, visitors, and contractors, providing a professional first point of contact.
- 2-3 years experience in commercial property administration, or with a mixed-use portfolio.
- Leasing Administration experience is an asset.
