About the Opportunity
In this role, you will take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and lead the development of audit staff. About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
- Review financial statements prepared under ASPE and IFRS
- Oversee risk assessments, materiality, and audit testing
- Serve as the primary client contact during engagements
- Resolve technical accounting and audit issues
- Mentor, review, and develop audit staff
- Ensure compliance with Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS)
- Support quality control and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with partners on firm strategy and business development
- CPA designation
- 5+ years of progressive audit experience, preferably in public practice
- Strong technical knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, and CAS
- Proven leadership and people-management experience
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office
- Exposure to personal and corporate tax returns considered an asset
- $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, depending on experience
