- Support Account Managers by managing client accounts, documentation, and renewals
- Prepare, process, and update policy documents, endorsements, certificates, and invoices accurately
- Communicate proactively with clients and underwriters regarding policy details, billing, and account inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor renewal schedules and follow up to ensure timely completion of outstanding documentation and payments
- Valid Level 2 license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines accounts administration
- Experience with EPIC
- Knowledge of various commercial lines insurance markets and documentation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
