The Coordinator acts as a welcoming point of contact for members and guests, maintains high presentation standards, and supports administrative, operational, and community-focused activities. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for members, guests, and service partners, delivering professional and attentive support
- Assist with member onboarding and offboarding, including tours, workspace readiness, access coordination, and documentation
- Support daily operations by monitoring shared spaces, meeting rooms, and overall presentation standards
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and general facility needs
- Manage meeting room bookings, basic AV setup, and event logistics
- Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and administrative documentation
- Assist with communications, member updates, and community engagement initiatives
- Handle mail, deliveries, and general office coordination as needed
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity
- Experience in hospitality, office administration, property management, or property-related environments is an asset
- Comfortable with standard office software and meeting room technology
- Discreet, dependable, and trusted with confidential information
- Self-directed, proactive, and adaptable in a service-oriented setting
