We are looking for a polished, service-focused professional to oversee the daily operations and tenant experience within a premium suites environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, client service, facilities management and keeping a workplace running smoothly.
This is a part-time position (3 days per week) starting early January.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors
- Handle inquiries, requests, onboarding, and general tenant support
- Keep offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Coordinate maintenance needs with building teams and vendors
- Manage meeting room bookings, AV setup, and event support
- Oversee office and kitchen inventory; restock and order supplies
- Maintain accurate records, agreements, renewals, and occupancy information
- Support administrative tasks such as mail handling, reporting, and document preparation
- Assist with tenant engagement activities, networking events, and community programming
- Represent the space professionally in all communications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and welcoming approach
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability
- Experience in hospitality, coworking, executive suites, or property management is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with meeting room/AV systems
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality
