About The Position
The Legal Administrative Assistant will support approximately three lawyers within the Labour & Employment group. Key responsibilities include preparing and proofreading legal documents, managing calendars and deadlines, coordinating meetings and travel, maintaining client files, assisting with billing, and communicating with clients and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team while contributing to a collaborative and efficient workplace.

The Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of Labour & Employment Legal Administrative Assistant experience
- Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate
- Litigation background (Labour & Employment experience is required)
- Experience supporting multiple lawyers in a high-volume practice
- Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems
- Salary: $60,000-75,000.
