- Flexible base salary between $60,000 - $70,000 depending on relevant experience + new business commission

- Advise commercial clients by assessing risk and recommending suitable coverage
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters
- Handle quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes efficiently and accurately
- Pursue new business while supporting retention and growth of the existing portfolio
- Negotiate with underwriters to secure competitive, appropriate coverage for clients
- Level 1 or 2 license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, coverage options, and market trends
- High accuracy and efficiency in managing quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy reviews
- Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge in BMS software (EPIC preferred)
