We are seeking a Credit Union Coordinator to support our growing Credit Union business line. This newly created role provides administrative and lease coordination support, manages documentation, and maintains communication with Credit Union Representatives and lending partners.

This role is perfect for an organized, service-oriented, and personable individual who is interested in developing into a more customer-facing credit union sales and relationship role over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to the Credit Union Representative.
  • Prepare, organize, and track leasing documentation and applications.
  • Respond to inquiries from credit union lenders and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in the company’s internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing quotes, agreements, and supporting documents.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for credit union staff.
  • Share information and updates with lenders, farmers, and commercial clients.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and facilitate smooth communication between the field and office teams.
  • Collaborate with internal leasing, administrative, and finance teams.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to the growth of the Credit Union business line.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in administration, finance, lending, leasing, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills, comfortable interacting with lenders and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn in-house systems and leasing software.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to grow into a customer-facing role.
  • Willingness to travel in the future for partner visits, events, and meetings.
