A respected, mid-sized Seattle law firm is looking for a driven Litigation Associate to bolster its growing real estate, land use, and environmental litigation team. What You’ll Do
  • Litigate a wide range of real estate and land use disputes, including property rights, development issues, zoning challenges, permitting matters, and environmental compliance.
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs with increasing autonomy.
  • Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Work closely with clients—property owners, developers, and businesses—providing practical, strategic legal guidance.
  • Collaborate with a seasoned team of litigators across complementary practice groups.

Who You Are
  • An attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally involving real estate, land use, or environmental matters.
  • A strong legal writer and researcher with polished advocacy skills.
  • Confident balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • A clear communicator and thoughtful negotiator.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
