We are seeking highly motivated Test Engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated test equipment that supports the production of complex defense systems. This role requires strong expertise in test methodologies, hardware, and software, as well as a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test equipment and software.
- Create and update electronic drawings using tools such as OrCAD.
- Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and methodologies to verify product specifications.
- Review test specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with test equipment, software, and methodologies.
- Analyze test data and production yields to identify trends, root causes, and improvements.
- Recommend and implement improvements to test equipment and processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with design, development, and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and testability.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input on Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, military specifications, and quality assurance procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system specifications.
- Experience with automated test development, preferably using National Instruments LabVIEW.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Eligible to obtain Canadian government security clearance for Controlled Goods projects.
- Programming experience in Python for test automation.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
- Prior test engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or high-volume production environments.
- Knowledge of statistical tools for data analysis and visualization.
