About The Position
As a Civil Project Manager - Construction, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing civil infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager or Director of Construction, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects with a focus on cost control, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder communication.
Compensation details:
Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Annual performance-based

About The Position
As a Civil Project Manager - Construction, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing civil infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager or Director of Construction, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects with a focus on cost control, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder communication.
- MUST HAVE 2–5 years’ experience in civil construction (e.g., earthworks, roadworks, utilities) as a Project Manager

Main duties:
Pre-Construction
- Set up project documentation, review contracts, confirm bonding.
- Lead project kick-off and ensure all systems/platforms are properly set up.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Oversee submittals, shop drawings, procurement, and material orders.
- Review production details daily; attend progress and coordination meetings.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and monthly progress claims.
- Track costs, production, committed spends, and overall project schedule.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and field teams.
- Support safety, quality assurance, and adherence to delivery expectations.
- Oversee QA/QC, As-Builts, O&M manuals, and close-out documentation.
- Submit Substantial Completion and Final Completion requests.
- Lead final review meetings and ensure full job close-out.
- 3+ years of civil construction project management experience.
- Strong understanding of sequencing, cost control, tendering, and contract documents.
- Hands-on experience managing RFIs, changes, progress claims, and month-end billing.
- Proficiency with construction software (Acumatica, MS Project, Salus, or similar).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license; ability to travel to active sites daily.
