What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- A strong commitment to commercial litigation and insurance coverage work with 2 to 4 years of legal experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen inquisitive nature that digs deep into facts and legal issues
- Robust critical thinking and analytical skills coupled with a creative approach to developing legal strategies
- A solid understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and experience working with litigation support software
- The ability to manage complex files, from drafting and research to assisting with coverage analysis, often in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Auto sector product liability, aviation coverage, or financial dispute resolution
- Experience working with advanced practice management tools and document management systems
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with partners, law clerks, and administrative teams in a flexible work setting
- A law degree with a call to the bar between 2 to 4 years ago
- Proven hands-on experience with commercial litigation and insurance coverage files
- Willingness to participate in regular file reviews with Partners and contribute to a vibrant, team-oriented culture
- Flexibility to work in-office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays working remotely
