Call Center Representative

We are hiring a short-term Contact Centre Representative to support incoming calls at a centralized service centre in downtown Edmonton. This role focuses on guiding callers through online applications and directing them to the correct resources.

This position is starting on Nov 24th - Dec 19th. 

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and provide clear guidance on completing online applications
  
  
• Walk callers through the Portal and help troubleshoot basic issues
  
  
• Take accurate notes while maintaining smooth and professional conversation flow
  
  
• Identify where callers are getting stuck and determine the appropriate next steps
  
  
• Redirect callers to the correct program or team when needed
  
  
• Use prepared key messages to ensure clear, consistent information
  
  
• Access Teams chat for quick support and resources during calls

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
  
  
• Ability to guide callers step-by-step through processes
  
  
• Comfortable multitasking (talking, typing, and navigating systems)
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full contract period
  
  
• Previous contact centre or customer service experience is an asset

Contract Details

• Dates: November 24 – December 19
  
  
• Location: Onsite at a central contact centre in Edmonton
  
  
• Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
