Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of construction insurance experience, with hands-on account management experience
- Deep understanding of construction insurance industry and markets
- Proven ability to handle renewals, client service, and policy documentation
- Strong knowledge of policy wordings and coverage analysis
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with broker management systems, ideally EPIC, and MS Office Suite
- Valid R.I.B.O. license
- C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation(s)
- Experience collaborating with bond departments
- Business development and client relationship growth experience
- Mentorship or team leadership skills
- Post-secondary education in insurance, business, or related field
- 5-10 years of commercial insurance experience, including comprehensive client management experience
