The Client Executive, Private Client Insurance will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines clients. Working within the Private Client division, this role collaborates closely with internal producers, underwriting partners, and cross-functional specialists. Responsibilities include managing renewals, conducting coverage reviews, negotiating policy terms, supporting claims processes, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. This position reports into the Private Client Team leadership.

The Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-net-worth personal insurance
- RIBO license required; CIP, CRM, or related designations are strong assets
- Expert knowledge of HNW markets such as Chubb, Intact Prestige, Aviva Ovation, Northbridge Onyx
- Proficiency with brokerage management systems (EPIC preferred)
- Experience with insurer portals (Intact, Aviva, Northbridge) considered an asset
- Strong relationship-management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze risk, conduct coverage reviews, and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Team-oriented, organized, and driven, with strong problem-solving abilities
