We are hiring an HR Director for our Vancouver client. Leading a small HR team, the HR Director will focus on international growth, integrating HR processes across multiple locations and design and develop HR programs. The ideal HR Director will have 5 years in a leadership role and progressive HR experience, a background in a fast growth industry such as technology is desired.

About The Opportunity

About The Position
- Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
- Develop and execute programs that enhance engagement, professional development, and organizational performance.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Optimize HR systems and tools (HRIS, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and leave management).
- Foster a positive employee experience through internal communications, culture initiatives, and learning opportunities.
- Build strong relationships across all levels, providing proactive, strategic, and practical HR guidance.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Degree or DIploma in Human Resources and CPHR designation.
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, BC employment laws, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead change, build trust, and influence across all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in HR systems and using data to drive strategic HR decisions.
- Annual salary range up to $150,000 depending on experience.

- Hybrid 4 days in office, and 1 from home, based on performance after probation and subject to change as business operations require.
