We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead and build the HR function from the ground up at our client's Acheson location. This role will be pivotal in establishing HR processes and practices, managing seasonal recruitment, and supporting a growing team with 1 direct report. You will play a key role in shaping an engaged, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on seasonal hiring demands.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, coaching, and HR compliance.
- Manage and mentor 1 direct HR report, fostering development and accountability.
- Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee record maintenance.
- Utilize ADP software for payroll, timekeeping, and HR metrics management — must have strong experience with ADP.
- Support leadership with HR data analytics and reporting for informed decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs aligned with organizational culture.
- Proven HR management experience with a focus on building HR functions from scratch or in growing organizations.
- Expertise in seasonal recruitment and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated experience using ADP systems for payroll and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Acheson.
