Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting with daily inquiries.
  • Support day-to-day retail operations, including handling transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Keep the premises clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist customers with navigating products and services and provide clear, helpful information.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and updating customer profiles.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are stocked and available.
  • Troubleshoot simple issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional environment.

Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with customers.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, data entry, point-of-sale systems).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable in an active role that involves being on your feet and performing light physical tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
