We’re pleased to partner with a respected downtown law firm to recruit an experienced senior Litigation Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong civil litigation experience who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their files. The firm offers paid parking and a full week off during Christmas.

In this role, you’ll support a Partner by managing and organizing Civil Litigation files, taking on responsibilities that extend beyond traditional administrative duties and into paralegal-level work. It’s a great fit for someone confident, proactive, and highly organized, who thrives in a collaborative yet independent environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of files, primarily in Civil Litigation, support occasional litigation files in Commercial, Real Estate, Aboriginal Law, and limited Criminal matters.
  • Prepare, draft, and manage court documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain client files and deadlines.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and other parties.
  • Provide reliable and professional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
