What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in HR leadership, guiding teams and managing core HR functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive workplace culture
- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic HR decisions
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative retention and engagement programs
- Comfortable participating in and guiding the interview and onboarding processes
- Experience overseeing employee development initiatives
- Familiarity with HR technologies and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices in employee engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, with leadership responsibilities
- Prior experience managing or supporting small HR teams
- This full-time, in-office role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- A commitment to confidentiality and a proactive approach to employee relations
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and support a diverse team
