We are hiring an Executive Assistant for our client. This is a great role supporting senior leadership! As the Executive Assistant you’ll enjoy a hybrid work arrangement – 3 days in office and 2 from home, the position focuses on executive administrative support – calendar management, scheduling and coordinating meetings and board work – meetings and agendas; but also assists with events and special projects. The role doesn’t involve evenings or weekends, perhaps on occasion for special events, but the executives do not require any after hours support.

About The Position
- Prepare agendas, compile and transcribe minutes, and distribute information for senior management and board committees.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel.
- Handle confidential information and support relationships with staff, volunteers, donors, corporate partners, and board committees.
- Facilitate executive engagement by scheduling meetings and supporting ongoing partnerships.
- Lead and support special projects, including planning and executing major events and annual meetings.
- Manage office records, budgets, and prepare high-quality documents and briefing materials for leadership. In your own words, describe the duties, department and reporting structure for the position.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C level executive.
- Prior experience managing complex calendars and meetings.
- Experience supporting a Board of Directors is required.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Forward thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving is desired.
- Prior experience organizing international travel is required.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and enable the executive to do the same.
- Annual salary range up to $75,000 depending on experience.
