About The Position
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating workflow across various administrative functions, including document production, file management, client communications, and billing support. Reporting directly to the lawyers within the group, you’ll act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients. Your role will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently and accurately.

The Requirements
- Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate
- 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm environment within a Securities & Capital Markets practice
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with iManage, Chrome River, and Aderant is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, flexible, and proactive approach to work
- Salary: $53,000-73,000
