Aplin is partnering with a respected, well-established organization to hire a full-time Manager, Senior Consultant – Wellness Advisory Services.

Lead the delivery and growth of well-being advisory services within the organization and externally with clients. Drive client engagements by helping organizations identify wellness needs, develop tailored strategies, and embed health-focused practices into culture and leadership. Act as both a strategist and hands-on advisor, ensuring high-quality client experiences, mentoring advisors, and advancing service innovation. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s consulting services and driving measurable business impact.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead client engagements and advisory delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance.
  • Conduct organizational well-being assessments to identify health, risks, maturity, and opportunities.
  • Translate assessment findings into actionable strategies and programs.
  • Serve as a senior-level partner to embed wellbeing into culture, strategy, and leadership.
  • Mentor and develop a team of advisors, modeling best practices and building capabilities.
  • Turn market intelligence, data, and client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Represent  at industry events, forums, and publications.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to refine advisory services and align with enterprise priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive briefings.

What You Will Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, leadership, organizational psychology, HR, or related field (Master’s an asset).
  • Certifications in Prosci, project management, strategy, management consulting, or facilitation (asset).
  • 10+ years in consulting, organizational development, leadership development, or wellbeing strategy.
  • Proven success leading as an independent consultant and managing advisory teams.
  • Experience working with complex organizations of various sizes (100–1,000+ employees).
  • Ability to influence and engage senior executives with credibility.
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Passion for organizational wellbeing as a driver of trust, adaptability, and performance.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, health, or insurance is an asset.
