We’re seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Lines Insurance Sales Broker to join a growing insurance brokerage. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping clients protect what matters most by identifying their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and delivering tailored coverage solutions. - Achieve or exceed monthly and annual personal lines sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management
- Respond to inbound and outbound client inquiries, providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented service
- Develop and execute marketing and prospecting plans to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referral sources to support ongoing sales growth
- Provide accurate quotes and professional recommendations to clients based on their unique coverage needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and producers to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client relationships
- Represent the brokerage at industry and community events to build brand awareness and promote insurance products
- Ensure all sales documentation and policy details are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven success in Personal Lines insurance sales
- RIBO License required
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold sales via phone or email
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in insurance technology platforms; experience with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-Quote is considered an asset
