Reception Coverage

Aplin is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist for short-term coverage in the Granville area of Vancouver on October 27th and October 29th.
 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming mail and courier deliveries
• Provide light administrative support as needed (emails, filing, data entry)
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• Previous reception or administrative experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished, and reliable
• Comfortable working onsite and independently
• Available for full days on both October 27 and 29
