About The Opportunity
The firm is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a busy legal team. About The Position
Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, the Administrative Assistant will support 2–3 lawyers directly while also providing backup to other administrative staff. Duties include inbox management, complex scheduling, and document preparation. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will also provide front desk coverage during breaks and absences and support various general administrative functions across the office.

The Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of  administrative experience, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Diploma in Legal Administration or 2-year Paralegal Program preferred
  • Strong scheduling and email inbox management skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe PDF, ProLaw, and NetDocuments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Experience preparing legal documents, assembling court briefs, and transcribing dictation
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team
