We are seeking motivated individuals for two related roles in a fast-paced, hybrid environment for a client in North York, ON:
  1. Customer Service Representative (Phone-Based) – handling inbound client inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  2. Administrative Customer Service Representative – focusing on documentation, data entry, and back-office support.
These opportunities are ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy a mix of client interaction and administrative work in a collaborative environment.

Benefits & Perks
  • Please note, this will be a hybrid 2 days in the office at the Client’s North York Office
  • Contract: 6-week contract with potential for extension up to 6 months
  • Monday to Friday
  • Training provided: 2 to 4 weeks

Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative (Phone-Based)
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding claims, benefits, and policies
  • Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a high level of service
  • Document interactions and update internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Collaborate with administrative team members for seamless operations
Administrative Customer Service Representative
  • Perform data entry, policy documentation, and record maintenance
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and follow-up actions
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to company processes
  • Assist phone-based team members as needed for smooth operations
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or health benefits is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
