Commercial Lease Administrator

Our client, one of Winnipeg's largest property management firms, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for a Commercial Leasing Administrator to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to learn more about commercial real estate. Please note this is a full-time permanent in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and maintaining lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents
• Monitoring key dates including renewals
• Tracking rent roll and billing charges
• Communicating with tenants and serving as a point of contact for lease enquiries
• Managing the Yardi database and updating information
• Analyzing reports and creating summaries
• Assisting with internal audits and compliance
• Liaising with legal and the property management teams

Qualifications:

• Related post-secondary education in business, finance or legal
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lease administrator or property management
• Understanding of commercial real estate terminology
• Proficient in MS Office and Yardi
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
