We’re looking for an AV Warehouse Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly by preparing, organizing, and maintaining professional audio-visual equipment used in events and productions.This is a great entry point into the AV world for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and being part of a fast-moving, collaborative team.

This is a permanent position starting immediately.

What You’ll Do
  • Pull, stage, and prepare AV gear (audio, video, lighting, staging) for upcoming events.
  • Perform quality checks on equipment before and after use.
  • Safely pack, load, and unload trucks or vans.
  • Receive and check in returning equipment, noting any missing or damaged items.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in warehouse software.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Occasionally assist with deliveries, pickups, or onsite setup/teardown.
What You Bring
  • 1 + year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs + and work on your feet throughout the day.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent).
  • Basic computer literacy — comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or inventory systems.
  • Dependable, organized, and eager to learn new systems and equipment.
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends during busy periods.
  • Prior AV experience or knowledge of pro audio, lighting, or staging gear is a strong asset.
  • Forklift experience or certification is an asset (training provided if needed).
